Yes to everything except #8 and #9.

#8 is legal if the beach is legally designated as a topless beach by the city or county.

#9 This is a regional thing. It is illegal in a lot of places in the south and in the state of Utah. It is governed by what is called Blue Laws. But there are a majority of states where you can buy alcohol all week legally.

I believe you that the want to modify the recommendations, i.e., to flee from truth, is a elementary human want. i imagine it will be a touch decrease on the record, notwithstanding, because people want love and/or companionship before they need different issues. I also agree that the taxation project, extremely at the same time as it includes marijuana, is important. If everybody ought to easily advance it of their decrease back backyard, the authorities does no longer get its decrease like it does with tobacco and alcohol. The pharmaceutical market has sufficient drugs to placed the full us of a into la-la land and then some, yet they federally regulated, are worthwhile, and pay taxes. Heroin and cocaine are extra problematic because of their addictive homes and potential deadly nature. If all persons ought to legally purchase those drugs, cost effectively, there's a large spike (no pun meant) in overdoses, so in this regard i trust the authorities, or a minimum of your customary voter, is in touch about the well-being consequences and in no way a lot about the lost taxes.

Few things you mentioned are not illegal in many states.

We have Federal laws and State laws, then city ordinances. Supposedly, they are not supposed to contradict each other, but they do.

Some states such as Nevada has very relaxed State laws where as some states are very strict. Why some of the things illegal? It is because our law makers at various level decided they are either morally wrong, or criminally wrong, and in some cases, people voted for them. You really have to pick a state and the rule to study further.

Who in this forum can answer you question if you don't already have the common sense to figure out why your ten items are illegal? Illegal means against laws set forth by the people in the community, and if you think that the law is not right, then it is up to you to try to change it with the blessing of the majority of the people and the supreme courts.
