The free food, drinks, and the benefits of internet access. Oh, and the company car. Still waiting on the company cell phone.
but the biggest perk is the untold millions of spam emails I get a week. If only I could share the joy of walking into that in my inbox every day/week/month. Trust me, you haven't lived till you've experienced this.

I have all the free time in the world at work, as long as there are no guests needing attention I can surf the net to my heart's content. My colleagues are also brilliant and my boss is great, he is really flexible as we all work hard and do a good job, so we get rewards and help when we need it, for example my cat went mad and I had to get her to the vet, my boss let me take the day off to get her sorted and I did not have to waste holiday etc.

Besides good salary, bonuses and benefits, I feel like my company is offering me an education. I learn something new every day and am having a blast being the boss.

My job is is amazing, I have so much freedom. I can pretty much set my own schedule and can work from home. No more panic stricken mornings because I over slept.....
I have a great boss, who actually works the way I like best - he hires you to do something, then trusts you to do it without his having to hang over you. He is also very supportive of creative thinking and willing to let you try new ideas. Can't beat it!

When I worked at FedEx, we could fly free on FedEx planes and got discounts with other airlines. I flew to Hawaii and styed for a week for $300! Should never have left FedEx. Now the company I work for pays for WeightWatchers for us and gives us discounts on the products they sell. But they cant beat Fedex!!!

I work in a small store, two employees. It's great because if I want to take the day off, I only have to let the other guy know. We don't report days off to the main office. If he wants to go home early, I let him. If I want to sleep in, I just give him a call.
As long as we make our sales numbers, they pretty much let us do what ever we want to.

Allowing five minutes in the dry storage room with your significant other or coworker, for having the best sales at the end of your shift! What a cool manager!
