who was the absolute monarch during the time in which Harriet Tubman was still living? PLEASE HELP

Harriet Tubman lived from 1820 to 1913, in the USA. There was no monarch, absolute or otherwise, in the USA at that time. There was a short lived Mexican monarchy, during her lifetime, led by Emperor Maximilian.

Probably the one you are looking for is Queen Victoria of Britain, but she wasn't absolute. She still had to work with Parliament.

Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland from 20 June 1837, and the first Empress of India from 1 May 1876, until her death on 22 January 1901

There were others as well, including Queen Liliuokalani in Hawaii, again, with much limited powers.
