I see it as a case of people fearing what they don't understand.....which is another way of saying they're dumba**es. They say Grindhouse didn't do much business, because of the running time....so how do you explain "Titanic", which is only a few minutes longer than Grindhouse and is THE--if not one of the--highest grossing movie ever made? There's no excuse for anyone not to sit through a three-hour movie, unless it sucks and Grindhouse does not suck. There hasn't been a double-feature film released in theaters for decades and there no other movie like this out there--two incredibly fun horror B-movies, from two masterminds! Why pass that up over a (unnessesary) sequel to a movie about Ice Cube chasing little kids?

There are two answers to this question and they depend upon your circumstance:

A) You are alone or with a group of 2+ of adults.

Answer: You're an idiot, and your friends are idiots.

B) You are in a group that includes children.

Answer: You're still an idiot, but it's debateable. You think you're protecting your children from harm by choosing "Are We Done Yet" over "Grindhouse." However, you're only doing permanent damage to the centers of your child's brain concerning humor and film quality. You are much better off exposing them to the Drug Abuse, Intense Violence, Adult Language and Mild Nudity of Grindhouse than garbage sequels to movies that sucked hardcore the first time they came around.
