Lets see how much you are paying -
Rs. 30000 + 36 x 8000 + 6500 x 25
= Rs. 480500 /-
If you invest this amount in Fixed deposit plan or in MIS you would get Rs. 41000 every year as Interest.

To stay in a resort for seven days how much would you need !

Please stop this kind of pseudo marketing in this forum.

Never worth it. This type of sale tactic, also once called timeshare, has been around for years. When you read the small print you will find that you might have to pay a so called small yearly maintenance fee. Further, certain weeks in the year such as peak season times are always unavailable. These are sold to those who can pay more. And somehow the most prized holiday destinations are never available when you want it. Basically once you pay you are stuck. Who knows if they will be around in five years, let alone 25.

I also agreed with the above answerer. There might be some hidden charges also applicable. Think twice before you join.

All the best.
