in jewwlry is there actually purple diamonds and purple gold? Are they real and valuable?

Yes there is "purple gold"

I believe that you could get a purple diamond, but I don't know about gold.

Any substance will evaporate if you heat it enough. But when I say "enough", I mean 2856*C. To get an idea of that, the surface temperature of the Sun is 5400*C. So yes, it would evaporate, but at the moment we don't have the technology to heat anything to that temperature, especially not on Earth.
