I am looking for any input or help anyone can give me while I'm trying to decide which school to go to. Here's a little background info: I'm from LA, will be pre-med, and money is not a factor in the decision. I was originally set on BC, but I've realized it's not as good as I thought, and I also don't want to go to a school with 9000 kids who are just like me. Now I am thinking Cal, but all I keep hearing is how cut-throat the pre-med and science programs are; I don't want to be miserable and/or not be able to perform well in my classes. USC is only on the list because my parents are affiliated with the med. school and they'd like to see me go there (but in the end it's my choice); I've never had any real interest in going there. Also, at least 9 girls from my graduating class of 94 have already committed to USC, and I am looking to branch out. I am just looking for some outside help... I'd appreciate anything you have to say, thanks!

Although I don't think there is anything wrong with any of these schools, I understand your dilemma. I think if I were in your place, I would try for Berkeley. It has the best reputation, and if you find you are miserable, you could probably transfer just about anywhere from there.

interior the tip, you are the only one that can decide on on the place you sense perfect. it variety of looks such as you're no longer thoroughly chuffed with any of the three possibilities you have there, and once you're finding to branch out in step with danger try finding all over the U.S. you may desire to pass to the faculties and examine in to spend the evening interior the dorm and you gets the texture of the school. Spend as lots time around the campuses as you are able to and notice the place you sense maximum at abode. Feeling such as you belong and can be soft on the school is extra significant than the practise section. you do no longer choose to be at a school which you hate purely for the practise, you decide directly to like it and get an excellent practise! good success!

I am partial because I am from the area. I went to BU so I would say BC or try for BU. Good Luck!
