movies at home, they are cheeper - fot the price of taking the family to the movies i can get all the cable channels for a month , i can go to the bathroom without missing anything, i can talk all i want, i can smoke(anything) during the movie, i alwayse have a good seat, for the price of a large popcorn and a large coke at the movies i can get a case of popcorn and a 12 pk of soda, my floor isn't as sticky
the only con is when everyone is talking about a movie i cant join cause it will be a few months befoe i see it, and there is alwayse the risk of a spoiler

I love going to the theater. I enjoy the whole experience of sitting in the dark with popcorn, and watching a movie really loud on a huge screen. Unfortunately, I normally just watch movies at home because my nearest theater is 45 minutes away. I find that is too easy to get distracted when I watch movies at home.

I'm broke so i go for movies at home or renting when extra funds available.
But nothing beats the movie theatre for experiencing a new movie. Sound, size of screen and general popcorn smell.
Also i usually get in trouble if i have sex while a movie is going in a theater. But its generally accepted at home, even suggested. Don't even get me started on sex at the movie rental store.

Movies at home. You can be more relaxed, you can laugh as loud as you want, you can stop it and start it when you want to, you can rewind it for a joke that you missed, and you don't have to spend a fortune on food. Did you know that popcorn and a drink at the theaters is 14 bucks!!!

Movies at home--they are cheaper and I don't have to be interrupted by some dumb a** who is talking on his cell phone during the movie or who is kicking the back of my seat the entire time.

Movie Theater, I really enjoy watching it on the big screen, with others (with the exclusion of babies). It just makes it more enjoyable. Con is the overpriced concessions(spelling?)

Movies at home - you can pause it at any time, there are usually deleted scenes or footage that wasn't shown in theaters, alternate endings, can eat and drink what you want, and it's usually cheaper
