no, fluids (especially water) helps flush all the toxins out and helps you digest your foods faster. you may feel full when you drink water at first, but that's normal because you are adding something to your stomach. you will pee it all out in a little while anyway. it doesn't add any fat, lol. if you don't drink water, you will get constipated, dehydrated, and the body will begin to retain all the fluids you have in order to hydrate it's self. water helps you lose weight and keep you body healthy. it doesn't work against you!

marvelous question. truthfully, we'd want to continually no longer be ingesting any water quickly after a meal. The reported wait is a minimum of one/2 an hour after a meal, and actual no water for the period of a meal. notwithstanding, even worse is chilly water. that's outstanding to have a cup of chilly drink after a meal. notwithstanding, the chilly water will solidify the oily stuff that you've only ate up. that's going to decelerate the digestion. once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, that's going to damage down and be absorbed by the gut faster than the coolest food. that's going to line the gut. Very quickly, this may become fat and carry about maximum cancers. that's staggering to drink warm soup or warmth water after a meal.

You are more likely to eat less when you drink fluids, so it can help you to loose weight. If you want to loose weight and make sure you don't eat too much, drink a tall glass of water before your meal.
Water cannot make fat, calories and fat makes fat. You may feel fuller with water, but you cant gain weight.

No, you just feel fuller faster. Now, if you drinking something other than water it's adding to your calorie count. So if you don't exercise and burn up some of the excess calories your body will store it and then it turns into fat.

Maybe if you're drinking weight-gaining shakes while you eat, but otherwise, I doubt it. It would seem to me if you drink a lot of water before/during a meal, it would suppress your appetite a little.

Only till you empty your bladder. Then the fluid is gone and only the solid foods count.
