I've never been to Sedona, AZ, but is on my list of places.

Looking for people who have been there to visit, their thoughts, impressions, recommendations, etc.

I used to live near there and loved the way I felt in Sedona. My family would go up there a couple times a year to stay for the weekend. There is a peaceful feeling there that I've only found in desert places. In town there are lots of shops to spend money on "Southwest" items (I always tried to buy directly from the American Indian owners) and you can choose from a variety of eateries.

Sedona doesn't have the "Old West" shows like Tombstone and Tucson (at least it didn't when I was there), but it certainly has a great feel to it. Especially if you can drive outside of town in the early morning or evening.

When I return to the West, Sedona will be one of the first places to visit. I also recommend Payson and Tonto Creek area.

I was SO buautiful. I've been there 4 times on vacation, and I will go there again. We loved hiking through the redrock areas, and going to see the petroglyphs.
I would highly recommend taking an extra 2 days and going up to see the Grand Canyon while you are there, since it is a short drive from Sedona.

i've got been to Sedona. The vortex element is crap. there's no longer something occurring there, electrically, magnetically, etc. no longer something. actual shown using trouble-free kit. no longer something specific approximately Sedona - it incredibly is in simple terms incredibly quite. you likely ate some thing that disagreed with you - the two that or it incredibly is the affirmation result.
