If you were hungry and had an opportunity to take down an elephant and feed your family for a few weeks, you would, too. And crocs kill and eat whatever crosses their paths, zebra, wildebeest, ibex, etc.

Lions can't kill elephants unless a calf is unlucky enough to stray FAR away from it's herd. And crocs do kill buffaloes don't you EVER watch nature docs?

I think it is because that buffaloes don't spend that much time near the water. It will be a big bother to go out of it's habitat just to get a fresh meal. Don't you think that is a little ironic?

A crocodile is an opportunistic eater. If a buffalo was to cross its path,it WOULD eat it. You see it killing Wildebeest on tv shows all the time.

I dont think they do. Lions and elephants do not fight.
