1)Have green tea. It really really helps. pick the one that is caffeine free and drop a slice of lemon in it. Try to catch a nap if possible after that
2)Keep a hot water bag on your abs. It is a BIG releif !
3)Last but the not the least, hot choclate always helps me. It gives that choclate boost plus it is warm.

What works best is Aleve.
Take 2 Aleve pills and it will last 12 hours.
Also, using a ThermaCare heating patch is soothing.
