Where can I find a free list of foreclosed homes? Preferably in Broome County, NY if possible. Thanks!

There is http://www.hud.gov/homes/index.cfm, which has a list of foreclosed HUD financed homes. But, you can also go to the Veterans Affairs website, which also has a list of foreclosed VA loaned homes. Other than these sources, I would go on Realtor.com, which has all of the homes available in your area. There is another option, go to Yahoo real estate. First, you go to yahoo.com, then real estate link on the right hand side. I hope this helps!! If so, you can put best answer!

All lenders place the foreclosed properties with the neighborhood realtor. Check with them

You can get a free list of foreclosures in your area at the local County Sheriff's website or office.
