I'm trying to connect to my linksys router and a message keeps on saying "Limited or No connectivity" and i cannot connect to the internet. I have tried everything the tech support has told me so this is my last resort.

open run, type in winipcfg hit enter. the first screen show the adapter address, IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway. The adapter address is your MAC address. Hope this helps solve your problem! Good Luck

Go to a command prompt, type "ipconfig/all" the physical addresses are the MAC addresses.

Limited or no connectivity means it isn't seeing the network, this is much more likely a wireless issue than a MAC address problem.

For now switch your Linksys setup to an open network with no encryption and change the name to something different and non-obvious. In the wireless control panel for whatever interface you are using search for wlans and you should see yours there. Connect to it.

If you don't, but you do see others, then the Linksys is shot. If you don't then there's an issue with the wireless in your laptop.

That's the simplest version, the software controlling the wireless card on the laptop can make if very difficult to actually achieve this.
