Actually when one understand the Mechanics of a Toilet, then one that is working properly is Full. The extra space is for Overflow in case it gets clogged. Also it give some room for bomb drop.

There is neither a toliet nor a glass rather there is just a small fluffy furry animal with the slight resemblence to a pink and blue bunny.

I think would say half empty but people say it differently. Its like height people say im 5 foot tall when it should be 5 foot short, or im 4 years old when really they are four years young! Bizzarrrrrrreee........

it depends on what exactly it is!! if it is a water cup it is half empty because you are drinking it! like you were putting water in it it would be have full but if your taking water out it would be half empty

The glass is always full. It is either full of liquid or partially full of liquid and partially full of air. No matter what is in the glass it is always full of something.

it depends on if your pouring something in or taking some out. if out, its half empty and in, half full
