The Patriot Act though unconstitucional on several grounds is in effect. The provision that Congress "shall declare war!" is overrun. Civilian Administration in Iraq is a disaster. And he opposes stem cell research (Michael J. Fox is faking it) and same sex marriages (that would greatly interfere with Dubya's life as a consenting adult).

From day one I have been moderately defending many aspects of his policies. I had enough. What about you?

Patriot Act is unconstitutional? When did the Supreme Court rule on that?

The Authorization to Use Military Force (Which Congress passed)is viewed in the same legal context as a Declaration of War.

Civil Admin in Iraq is a disaster AGREED

He opposes Federal Funding of Embryonic Stem Cell Research (which has not provided any cures or help with any diseases)

Opposes same sex marriages Yes

Next time you define his policies try doing so with a little bit more accuracy and honesty

The reason for the seperate system was past administrations were using the Federal system for personnal and campaign use. Now they implement a system and people use it for official business instead of its targeted use. I do not approve and think it is wrong, but it is nice to have a little context that the best intentions soemtimes go awry.

I work for an organization wherein all of my work e mail is by law scrutinized and we cannot have private accounts at work. The reason is to protect the employer from me breaking the law, even though nothing I do is a matter of security for my employer. It is a blanket policy for this type of organization.

I find it interesting that the White House allows private accounts (with little security control) at a time of war. Where is the firewall in a private account?

Thanks for the story link, and you are right. This administration is a mess on even more levels than I suspected.

These days it seems more and more people are seening the light and no longer tolerant of the corruption and lies put forth by this Administration. Welcome into the ligh. Your days in the dark have ended.

After all of his and Cheneys' arrogance, I am enjoying watching his legacy self distruct. He has done nothing except perpetrate lies and scandals upon the people.

You really want to see what I think or what many others really think, but are too afraid to post it on here because they would be criticized. Go to these websites if you want to make a difference.
