When someone asks this question as pressingly as you do then any common definition of good won’t do any good here. What is really really good, depends upon how really really bad you already know. For this is the knowledge that you need to have at your disposal as a starting point for you quest into goodness. If then you find yourself totally and utterly devoid of being any bad, meaning that you find yourself really really good, then you are not likely to find anything better than what you already have as yourself. However the problem remains that other people might not agree with you. You might say, ‘hello everyone! I have found what is really really good but other people might not have started feeling as bad in themselves in their quest as you did at the first place.

a wake up shag, followed by bacon and eggs in bed. then a loooong shower with someone to clean me. After that a good round of poker while downing a beer. Hit the bar for some more beers and some socializing/flirting, then home for a snooze

Repeat the next day if desired

Had another myself a bit more thinking time. It depends upon the person you are asking. What is good for one is not necessarily good for another. Meaning I can't tell you what I think is really really good because you did not word your question what is really really good to you.
