It seems a lot of people have answered your question already. Here's mine in a summary or sorts.
Recent research has shown that circumcision decreases sexual sensitivity (see link 1). This makes sense considering circumcision removes a lot of nerve endings found in the foreskin. Also, circumcision might also reduce sexual satisfaction and pleasure not only for the man, but for the woman as well (see links 2 and 3).
Between 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised and the vast majority (~95%) never have any problems involving their foreskins. The women that go with that population either prefer their men to be uncircumcised or don't care. In the US there is still a stigma surrounding the foreskin (even though the national rate has fallen to about 60%), but most women aren't bothered and many actually like the uncircumcised penis more provided it's kept clean.
The only thing to "watch for" if you're uncircumcised is hygiene. Good hygiene can prevent most of the problems that people complain about - smell, infections, irritations, etc. Hygiene of the foreskin is very easy if you know what you're doing (see link 4) and isn't a hassle.
Recent studies have shown that circumcision might decrease the rate of contracting HIV. What's less publicized is that proper and prompt genital hygiene can essentially negate this benefit of circumcision (see link 5); with good hygiene, the difference between an uncircumcised and circumcised man penis in regards to HIV contraction is insignificant. Also, the link between HIV and circumcision is still being debated (see link 6), so one should hesitate about circumcising for this reason. One thing is clear, good hygiene + safe sex (i.e. condom use) >>> circumcision.
In summary, as long as the foreskin is working properly (which it does for the vast majority), is kept clean, and one practices safe sex, it's probably more advantageous to remain uncircumcised. There's nothing inherently wrong with having a foreskin, so why mess with it if nothing's immediately wrong? See the last two links for more discussion on your questions.

RE:
Circumcised vs Un-Circumcised?
How will it affect sex life? Do girls get bothered by whether their partner is circumcised or not? Is there anything you have to watch for during sex if you are uncircumcised?

Studies show women enjoy sex more overall with uncircumcised men. But that's not really the point. If you circumcise a man, you remove most of the nerve endings that provide pleasure during sex. You also expose the head, making it less sensitive over time.
If circumcision is performed as an infant, men don't miss this sensation, because they never had it. Adult men that have a circumcision do notice the difference.
The 'way it looks' is a typical superficial reaction from some women. Let me tell you, the vagina is NOT a thing of beauty either, but men don't ask women to trim their labia or clitoris because we don't like the way it looks!
Children should not be circumcised; the American Medical Association and American Association of Pediatrics agree on that. And their research also shows no correlation with circumcision and STDs in general. The only definitive study on HIV infection shows that uncircumcised men who have UNPROTECTED sex with an HIV infected person have twice the risk of acquiring HIV than a circumcised man; but in men who use condoms, there is no difference in the risk level.
An adult can make up his own mind about whether to have the operation, but it shouldn't be forced on a child.

I hope that you will have noticed that the anti circumcision lobby put forward hard facts to back up what they are saying and not anecdotes or personal preferences that "it looks better" or the hoary old chestnut that "it is cleaner".Yes the study in Africa that showed there was a 60% decrease in HIV after circumcision is a fact.It is also a fact that an adult male who has recently been circumcised is not capable of having sex for some time after the operation due to the intense pain, therefore the numbers would obviously decrease for some time but,the second report released by the World Health Organization showed that there was a marked increase in new cases of HIV in newly circumcised adult males than those who chose to remain uncut. It just proves that the humble condom is still the best protection against contracting any STDs,HIV included apart from abstaining which is just not going to happen in any country.Young Republican displays an ignorance that is truly frightening. It must be that she is trying to emulate George W Bush whose public displays of stupidity and ignorance has never been seen before in any leader in the U.S.A and if ignorance is bliss that would explain why they both seem to be as happy as pigs in sh*t.

New studies from this year prove that circumcision removes sensitivity and lowers masturbation and sex pleasure. See these links:

I'm sure you and I know that cleaning isn't an issue; it takes five seconds to slide it back and rub the head; it even feels good.
We have the highest circumcision rate in the industrialized world and yet have the highest HIV rates here in the US. Uncircumcised Europe has lower rates.
Circumcision in the US is becoming less common; some states are going as low as below 15% nowadays. People are just uninformed. =)
Enjoy what you have!

Sme reasons given for circmcision are...
Religion: It is an insult to God to say he made a big mistake when he designed men, and we have to correct it for him because we're wiser than he is.
Hygiene: Warm water. Soap maybe. Nothing more needed.
AIDS: Maybe this is a reason to chop men in Africa where AIDS is mostly transmitted by heterosexual intercouse and condoms are a cultural taboo. It's not going to help in the US, where dirty needles and homosexual sex account for almost all AIDS cases. Condoms work much better than circumcision, and they should be teaching those guys in Africa to wear them instead of mutilating their penises. And now diffrent parts of the study show that circumcision may actually INCREASE transmission of AIDS in newly-cut men.
Girls like it better: Maybe some young girls do, but 90% of women prefer intact men -- just how long are you going to be having sex with 14-year-old girls anyway? http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html
He needs to look like his father: Sick! Is his father going to be comparing penises with his son? That's probably good enough reason to put the kid in foster care!
The other boys will laugh at him if he's not cut: Guess what, chances are nowadays that the other boys haven't been cut either. And kids can always find some differences to tease other kids; it's part of growing up.
American women sometimes go on about what great lovers Frenchmen, Spaniards, or other European men are. Circumcision rates in Europe range from under 2% to about 5%. There is a connection between these two facts. And European women have much lower rates of cervical cancer than American women. Another bogus argument doesn't hold up.
In short, the only reasons to remove the foreskin are ignorance, sadism, and a few VERY rare medical conditions - not phimosis, which can be treated non-surgically. The only real reasons for circumcision are frostbite, gangrene, or cancer affacting the foreskin itself.

there is quite frankly no medical indication for a circumcision. Proper hygiene habits must be taught to men anyway from childhood. The preference of not having sex with someone who is not circumcised is a matter of choice also, but the real preference should be not to have sex with someone with poor hygiene habits and if the concern is STD then it should be poor morals and poor hygiene habits, which has nothing to do with circumcision.
