I never really thought about it, but Coke kinda invented the Santa Claus we have today! =) but i do think Dr. Pepper would taste better. They both have lots of types. I wonder which one has more calories.

Dr. Pepper is better, Coke is too sweet. I also think it has a bad after-taste. I can drink Coke if i HAVE to, but I think I'd cry if I could never have another Dr. Pepper

Dr Pepper for me, because coke is so strong and I prefer a more mild level of carbonation. Sometimes coke has so much, that I cant even taste the flavor.

Dr. Pepper just because it has a all-around better flavor. PLUS the diet version hardly taste like diet, whereas diet coke tastes like well... watered down coke.

dr pepper is not in the same league as coke they are completly different, coke is a cola drink and dr pepper is a flavored drink like mountain dew or root beer there is no comparison, but then again i drink diet coke and dont like too much else

I think Coke has a better taste and isn't are carbonated as Pepsi. I always thought Dr. Pepper had a weak cinnamon- spice taste; that never appealed to me.

Coke is better! Sales can prove that. I cant show you a spreadsheet of sales figures but just think about it, which one is more common among the world? Without question & undebatable , COKE! personally I like pepsi myself.

It is the kind of thing you have to know in your heart. There is no set of facts that can convince you. Just drink each of them and think which you enjoyed more. That is personal and no external convincing will make you change.
BTW the brown color in everyone of those dark sodas comes from caramel. That is burnt sugar and so cheap that no one is really going to catch beetles and grind them up to make a dark color for syrup. That sounds like an urban legend to me.
