Absolutely not.

If this hospital is going to offer bariatric surgery, they need to have all accessory equipment for the patients they are treating. To do anything less is an injustice to the patient.

There's a reason why they're treated that way in Rio - hospitals don't have the necessary equipment whereas the horse tracks do.
