It became the hip thing to wear in the late 60's. You know anti-establishment bs and all that. Funny thing is it also was supposed to be worn as a sign against capitalism too,yet Che remains one of the greatest t-shirt salesmen in history. LOL!

are you familiar with the term 'posers'?
i guarantee if you ask a majority of people who wear che shirts who he was and what he did they wouldn't be able to give you the right answer.
from my experience most people wear che stuff as a sign of rebellion, non-conformity and individuality.

I am willing to bet most are completely unable to identify or even name one thing Che did. Long ago he become an icon to the punk rock movement for his anti-oppression, anti-establishment ideals, and although the image has held most would be unable to tell you why.

Che Guevara was a freedom fighter that fought against oppresion, poverty, and corrupt 3rd world (USA puppet) dictators.
He should be honored even more!
