I don't know about boreing, but a male Virgo has to be the strangest. Aquarius male is a close runner up.
For those of you stating that it's Aries - do you really know the Aries well?
Aries is a fire sign - fire signs are definitely not boreing. In fact, it's hard to keep up with a fire sign.
But I can see how a fixed (immoveable) earth (grounded, stable) sign like Taurus could be boreing to some.
