Hmm, I only know Clarabell (Howdy Doody) and Miss Frances (Ding Dong School) although both were considerably before my time.

Way before my time, but Clarabell is from the Buffalo Bob Show, and I believe Pepino was from the Ed Sullivan Show. Both were marionettes, if I'm not mistaken.
Someone else take my answers and run with them and hopefully together we can get them all.
