Well in general the Surgeons, doctors of different fields has the highest median salary even higher than the CEO of corporation median salary. If you are looking for a career you should definetly go to the medical. But if you have a talent in acting and sports then this is the highest paying job but very few really has these super special talent.

Do you mean the HIGHEST paying or the job that pays the MOST often? You really do need to learn a few more adverbs and adjectives.
