Depends on the individual.

Human spirit is caring for one another even if you are strangers.

All those people that bury their heads in their newspapers or pretend to sleep when someone needs help on the train..... Their spirit is dead and they no longer have any use on this earth.

But the few who choose to help... Their spirit is very much alive and they make the world a better place to live. We need more people like this.

When hope will die,then human's spirit will fade away.Till now,it is still flying in the open air,and joyfully smiles to all the problems that we are having!

Sorry for the pessimism, but it is indeed quickly fading away. Human spirit is dependent on its physical counterpart, nature, to express itself. And since technology overcame our relation to natural world, humans are becoming just these soulless bodies...

my spirit has been challenged today, broken microwave, no money, washing machine blocked, doctors messed up an important hospital appointment on thursday, every thing is going wrong but i will try to keep that spirit up.
