You will have to be a bit more specific.
Later songs that came out after the news spread carried obvious references (like "The Show Must Go On") but i personally think that anything from the "Classic" era was not written with those references but it is more a matter of opinion.
"I want to break free" for example was written by John Deacon from the male perspective of the women's liberation movement. The video parodies a popular British television soap, Coronation Street. (ref SongFacts.com) but it can easily be translated to Freddie's "desire" to step out of the closet so to speak.
Could it be that "Love of my life" was written for a man? Hard to say since English uses the same form for men and women.
and "another bites the dust" could relate to AIDS but seeing it was written during 1980 and that the lyrics can be odd at times, i don't think so..

That is strange because I used to look for references to him being gay and after listening to stuff like killer queen and fat bottom girls I just assumed he did not make those references. Please give an example I am curious. The closest I can think of would be Bohemian and Rhapsody but only in an abstract sence.

Being gay and death maybe, not so much having AIDS- after all Freddie Mercury did not always have the AIDS virus. But I think he knew that his irresponsible lifestyle will get him in trouble, just think about those lyrics: "too much love will kill you".

I don't know about the AIDS references, but you could certainly make a case that many lyrics were homosexual. Of course, there are many songs by numerous artists with lyrics open to multiple interpretations.

No, it's you. Freddy Mercury may have always been gay, but he didn't always have AIDS.
How does, for example, "Another One Bites the Dust" or "Don't Try Suicide" reference either being gay OR having AIDS?
I thought their work on Flash Gordon was Brilliant. I don't remember much of the movie, except them singing:
"Flash! Ah-ahhhhhh....savior of the universe...." in true Freddy Mercury style.

Yes in the song "One Vision"
Freddy sings, " give me one man...give me one night..."
Of course most people think that Freddy wrote "The Show Must Go On" in reference to him having aids, but this is untrue as Brian May wrote the lyrics to the song...
A great loss and sadness fell over all of us the day Freddy died and i think its very tragic

I think their lyrics were pretty much sexually neutral oriented..otherwise, they'd just been selling to gays.
You probably wouldn't think that way if you didn't know that Freddie Mercury was gay.
