Try holding down the crtl key and turning the scroll wheel on your mouse. This adjust the size of display within Internet Explorer.

If you can't resize through the Adaptor off the Desktop
Go to Control Panel and Accesibility Options, and see what cxan be changed there Under Display and General

right click on your desktop, choose Properties, click on the last tab on the window, Settings. Change the resolution to 1024x768 and you're good to go.
