lay on your belly and have someone press down on your sacrum. Just have them place the base of on hand between the two bumps on the back of your pelvis lateral to the base fo the spine( the posterior superior iliac spines, of PSIS) and point their fingers towards your feet. Place the other hand over the first and apply pressure for three minutes. It is an osteopathic treatment called sacral inhibition, and it actually works, I have done it on a couple of my classmates.

Abdominal heat pads are very comforting. Also try taking medication the day before a period is due [if you are regular]. As far as diet goes increase your calcium intake [600mg] do not drink too much caffeine and reduce intake of animal products It may be worth asking your GPs advice. Occasionally a woman may suffer from endometriosis, adhesion's, and or fibroids. This will need further investigation.
Hope this helps.

I know what you mean. My gran would would have been 105 now, was a herbalist, and she gave me mint tea which worked without taking any pills. You need to buy dried mint leaves or if you have fresh use these. You boil them in water to make a brew and drink it. You can add sugar if you want. It not only tastes nice but eases the pain naturally. My daughters used it too

How DARE Dr Frank criticise Homoeopathy - has he ever had a period pain in his life?!! Homoeopathy is a fantastic gentle & effective remedy for such things. Before I became a homoeopath, I suffered badly with period pains & nothing conventional ever worked - just gave me bad side effects. Then I discovered Homoeopathy & it worked brilliantly. I now prescribe for many women who consult me for this problem & ALL are completely satisfied. Please find a practitioner in your area by looking up The Society of Homeopaths website.

Uterine fibroids are usually not dangerous, but can cause immense discomfort and lead to complications like anemia from heavy blood loss. In rare cases, they may cause complications that affect pregnancy.
In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/GCAxo

Hi!
A good glass of cranberry juice usually helps me. Also try cura-heat patches. You can stick them on the inside of your clothing and its like having a hot water bottle all day.
Peace

Nsaid's like mefenamic acid may help. The alternatives are mainly hormonal. Progesterones like norithisterone help in about 75% of woman. Another alternative is the combined oral contraceptive.
Forget homeopathic or herbal remedies unless you are keen to waste money.
