Im sick of getting a sore neck coz they are too soft and dont support my neck, they are filled with polyester fibre, any suggestions as to which pillows are best to support neck and are comfortable?

Use what is called butterfly type pillow which has good support for the neck. Or put a small wooden plank under the normal pillow to provide a firm support.

I'm a massage therapist and I worked with a Chiropractor for many years. The simplist way to give your neck a bit of support is to roll up a washcloth and position directly under your neck to give the neck it's natural arch. This may not be very affective if you move around alot at night.

Look for "memory foam pillows" and get a SMALL ONE.
I think we all use pillows that are too darned big!. This pillow is shaped kind of like an 8 (on its side) and you put the big part under your neck and the small part cradles your head.
I love mine and i take it with me everyewhere, It is the best travelled pillow I know.
