I normally release my anger in the car by screaming loudly, and end up laughing in about 30 seconds, either that or I go for a long walk to my favourite calm place over looking the sea with the sound off the waves crashing just calms me down.

I take a moment by myself and breath. I think of all the things that I should be thankful for. I think of my health and say that this anger that I have towards this person or thing is not worth me getting sick over. I think of the next day. It should be over soon. Oh and try to smile.

Play music or an extreme sport of some kind(Love Snowboarding and Skydiving especially!). Smash guitars or once in a while a person if they piss me off enough. What can I say, I'm at the bar too much, it's a living, but it ain't always pretty.

In the Philippines, they have a special place for you to release your anger by throwing ceramic plates on to brick walls.
But i seldom get angry.

I knit. I knit for hours and hours, until I can't remember anything but loops and yarn. I forget about my anger and move on with my life. Most people think knitting is weird, but hey, a guy at my high school taught me how to do it, and he wasn't even gay.
