It may just start.
Are you worried or have been sick. If so, this happens. You would know if you were pregnant. No use taking tests at home. Maybe you need to check with a doc. if 1 more week goes.

When I was pregnant, the only symptom that I had was a missed period and bloating. There was no clue or hint I had to being pregnant. I waited 2 weeks after my period was due to take a test. I didn't start experiencing symptoms until I was 3 months.
Buy another test and use your first morning urine. If that comes up negative and you still don't get your period, go to the doctor and ask for a blood test for pregnancy.

You know, bodies aren't perfect. Periods are just late sometimes. Also, if you're really stressed about it not being there, the stress can actually prevent it from coming. If your tests both came back negative, odds are you're just a little irregular this month. If you want to be assured regular periods like clockwork, you should get on a birth control pill. Not only do they make your cycle very predictable, but they also make your periods lighter and help with symptoms like bloating and cramps. If your period doesn't come in another week, you should see a doctor to see if there is some underlying medical reason for the delay, but otherwise, just wait it out. It happens more than you think!

I have been in the same situation. Wait a little while longer before doing another pregnancy test. I didn't get my period for 3 months, but I wasn't pregnant. I went to the doctor and they told me it was because I was stressed. Something could of happened to you in the last couple of weeks which has affected the onset of your period. Although home pregnancy kits aren't 100% accurate. So to be on the safe side and if your period is like clockwork, go to the doctors and get it checked out.

There is not one answer to your question. You could be pregnant but it might be to soon to tell, or you might not be and you period just could be late. Try waiting to take another test at the end of this week if you have not started by then. If it is still negative you could try seeing a doctor sometimes there test are better.

I had no morning sickness with my first, no symptoms whatsoever. You should see your doctor for a blood test. Recently, I took 7 negative tests and I was still pregnant.

If you have not had sex and are sure you are not pregnant
it could be stress. I was 39 years old, our son was a Lt. in the Marine Corp......I saw the Chaplin and an Officer walking on the pathway to the door......Yes...that was it.
I never had my period again. The shock of it, stress did that.
I would check with a doctor anyway, if it does not come back....
just to make sure all is well.

Have you lost or gained a lot of weight recently....sometimes that is the problem. Or if you are really stressed out. Talk to your dr. or try taking one more test yourself just to be sure. Not everyone gets morning sickness.

Stress can cause a delayed or missed cycle. Don't worry quite yet if you've been under extra stress these days.
