i have karaoke mp3´s?

how do you put songs on the computer from discs. i know i have to convert to an mp3, but how do i type them up.

you have to rip the songs from the cd, but never use windows media player because the songs will be protected therefore it will not be converted to mp3. If you're using an ipod it will convert the songs automatically, i'm not sure about other mp3 players though.
