Gosh, bunches of places. America's Second Harvest & Feed The Children to help the hungry because most of the money donated is used for that purpose than most charities.
Then probably a place like Make A Wish Foundation. Then Shoresh to help improverished jews. Then some to Mercy Corps that help everyone & are good stewarts of their money.
I'd also make sure there wasn't any need among my family or friends. If there was I'd take care of that.

Shriners Hospital for sure. That is my favorite charity. When you donate to them 99 cents on the Dollar always goes to the actual cause. The Shriners themselves donate time and their own money to get the "patients and families" to and from the hospital and pay fore the medical care.

I've been to many Shriner Balls and they are the most generous and compasionate people I have ever met. Everything they do is for a wonderful cause. I encourage you to go to a ball and expierence this for yourself.

Mine would be to start programs for girls 6th grade and up. About abstinence. I know the mistakes I made, having sex way to young, and having a child when I was only 18, they need to know how often people regret these choices. I regret not waiting until I got married to have sex. I have had to make many choices, because of that, and give up a lot of things, that young people do. I know I missed out on the fun stuff you should do when you are young.

March of Dimes. My son was born 3 months early weighing 2 pounds 2 ounces. They really made a difference in the technology used to get him better.

Is it like a requirement to donate to an organization?
Why?
I'd go to Jamaica and hand it out to poor kids.
Does that count?
