I LOVE the thrift sotes and garage sales. Last summer I bought 2 of the most beautiful dresses at a grage sale for 2 dollars a piece and the tags were still on them! The tag showed they cost about 80 dollars a piece to begin with new! I love my goodwill. I have gotten more treasures there than from any other avenue!

Oh, for sure!
I have found some really great things there.Plus, I have 5 kids and they are constantly growing.
So, I donate to and shop from thrift stores for their clothes, especially school uniforms.I can get their uniforms in name brands at the thrift stores when normally i couldn't afford them at regular price. But, don't worry, I don't buy all of their clothes there.Just hunt for a good deal is all.
And the best thrift store on the planet is EBAY! ,lmao

Yes I enjoy thrift stores. Every now and then I find a good bargain. Once I found 2 bucks in the pocket of a pair of jeans.

YES! I love to and so does my husband. He is a preacher and he loves to dress in suits. He'll get a suit for $10.00 and I'll do the sewing. He has a perfect fit! I'll find clothes for church and work still with tags! It is hard to pay full price in a department store once you are used to shopping in a thrift store.

No, thanks to my mother. When I was a kid, my mom got a kick out of those stores, just as it seems u do too. After being forced to try on the clothes(how embarrassing right in the aisle), or buying a game that had almost all of the pieces, or a lamp that didn't have an on switch so u'd just plug it in when u wanted light was all the humiliation I need for one lifetime. Looking back now, they weren't really big things, but they sure were when I was a kid.

when you have kids its great, you can get some nice things, and at a lot cheaper than buying new. I have actually come across things that still had the original price tag on them. so I got new at a used price.
also consignment stores are wonderful, paid $40 for a real prada purse!

My girlfriend got me hooked on thrift shops. Got a lot of nice animated Christmans decorations for practically nothing. She also got me hooked on garage sales. I bought 3 board games, like new the other day for 1 dollar each
