Omega 3's are suppose to be great for the brain. Oily fish, nuts, or you can buy fish oil tablets.

My memory has improved sooooo much since I started working sudako, and word puzzles in the news paper. You can get easier puzzles to start off with then work your way to harder ones. It worked great for me. the more things you do to make your mind think the better your brain will respond. Good Luck

keep your mind moving. do things like suduko or crossword puzzles or something to keep the neutrons in your brain moving.
