I am assuming you are talking about an online game. BTDT. I have had the same problem and I emailed the Game Manager wil I was still playing and she told the person to play or she would end the game and I would win. She did not play and I won.

Vote not to rate the game, wait it out, or complain/report about the player to a manager/moderator.
