The yard is not too big for a rototiller but big enough for the bobcat. The rental price is the same for either. I'm going to re-sod the yard when I'm done.

nah just use a tiller and a hard rake to level put down your sod and water.the bobcat may compact the soil to much.

Bobcat, then the rototiller to loosen the soil, getting oxygen back in that the heavy Bobcat squished out. Then go back over with a rake to make the final grade.

Definately the Bobcat if you know how to use it.
You can level and scrape with it.
