just my opinion, i personally wouldnt do it, i wouldnt want the jumping action to possibly put the baby into distress.
however, this is just my opnion.

definitely call your dr. only he/she would know what is best for your particular situation.

also check this website it might help:

gee, that would be something to see. i would have loved to be that free but being a big big girl anyway, i wouldn't take the chance. i don't see why you can't have a go but maybe on your knees or whilst sitting - might be a little tooooo risky on your feet. gently is the way to go however make sure that there r other adults around in case you do get into strife. best of luck, hope you and your little ones enjoy yourselves.

I wouldn't do it. I mean, I can't say why there would be a risk, but bouncing up and down with a 5 month uterus and baby in you could be risky to the baby. But, if you really want to, call your doctor and see what he says. Other than that, your daughter is just gonna have to wait.

I would say no.

Just take this time to relax and what the kiddos have fun. Then after the pregnancy when you are feeling up to it go have a blast.

You don't want to do anything that my jeopardize your baby's health or your own.

No, you shouldn't do that. Why risk any injury to the baby you're carrying. Surely you can sacrifice a quick moment of "big kid" fun for the sake of the little one inside you.

While I would not risk it, it's your body. Bouncing is one thing and jumping is another. My advice, you only have a few months left of pregnancy, wait. Check out the page I listed below.

No. You cannot jump on a trampoline while you are pregnant. It could rupture the placenta which would cause you to lose your baby.

I wouldn't risk it. If you were early in your pregnancy then I would say go ahead but at almost 5 months........I would wait until the baby is born.

I would say a resounding no! You have to be careful at all stages of pregnancy. There's no harm in you getting one for your daughter and not going on it yourself. Maybe get a friend to go on it with her or her dad, cousin or similar
