Hillary Duff. I've never understood the attraction of Lindsay, she always looks wasted and I can only recall one movie she's been in and she was pretty lousy.

i use to think Lindsay did, but with her whole partying all the time and bad image I'd have to say Hillary is better looking cause she has a more clean,nice image..
