don't talk to indian customer support. they suck with their english.

(1) They have so many to support. (2) They have lost their creative edge and become a bunch of stuffed shirts too proud of their market dominance. (3) They charge so much for support they think they don't have to do a good job of it. (No return policy? So what? We gotcher money!) (4) The writer of their software works in a small office in a sub-basement in Seattle and the support provider works in an office in New York and has no substantial idea of what the worker in Seattle is up to... (5) The providers of support are not sufficiently certified, lowly paid, and half asleep. (6) Microsoft doesn't care.

Take your pick, mix and match, etc.
