i am the boss/owner
and i am on here when i am on hold on the phone or waiting for someone to come in.
i don't sit here all day looking at answers.
Also i am kind of a not so conventional boss
my employees can come and go as they please they are all salary, and as long as my customers are happy and work is done i really don't care.
I have a woman who comes in at night after we close to do her work, she is a stay at home mom during the day while her hubby is at work
all of my employees cover each other if one needs to go and has a customer come in someone will cover.
I find i get more work done and everyone is happy.
hmmmmmm more companies should be run like this.

I'm at home. i work part time as a driver so i cant be here then. i make the most of the day time before the kids ambush me and drag me away screaming and kicking

I have a computer. I have literally nothing to do. It beats the heck out of what the last person in my position did (and didn't get fired for)...crocheting.
