you can do everything you want honey.. you always have a choice to do whatever you like even if its against the law or not..

Not a great deal more then you could when you were 16 but it's nice to see you are abiding by the law! If however you did break the law you could have an interview with the Police without an appropriate adult being present : )
I think the only thing is driving but I could be wrong. It's been a while since I was 17!

You can join the British Army as a boy soldier [Junior Leader].
It really is not so much what you 'can do' more a case of what you 'cannot do'.
You cannot:
own property
drink in a pub
You can:
take driving lessons buy a car
get married
As for just about everything else, you are able to take part in just about everything the rest of us do. Evening classes, surf the web looking for porn, ponce about in the park eating your own sandwiches and feeding the ducks. You can go to the cinema and snog your girl fiend near to death. You can do sex, sex and big sex.
You can have an opinion and put it on there.
You are free to do much as you please - except drink in a bar or vote at an election. Year from now and you'll be asking yourself what was it all about. Twenty years from now you will be middle aged another twenty years and you'll be just like me, a miserable pensioner. Moan, moan, moan - Freedom Pass etc ...blah blah blah when I was your age etc., blah.

17 lol what an age your stuck in a rut for one whole year untill your 18 i personal hated 17 it was a waiting game to become an adult

Well, you will have been able to have "legal" sex for over a year and smoke for over a year! Not that that's a good thing! Don't ever take it up! Don't think there is anything else. Have to wait til you're 18.
