When you grab the handle on a frying pan that you have been using to cook, and forgot that the handle gets REALLY hot after use and should wear an oven mitt-it is amazing how loooooong it takes for your brain to signal your hand to let go of the damn handle cause you are burning yourself!! I bet that has to be at least two or three hours long for sure (well, it feels like it, doesn't it?)

Friday when you have 25 minutes left at work. Those minutes seem like hours. Especially when you look up at the clock and can swear the minute hand has moved backwards!
