I know this is unhealthy ,and contributes to my weight problem.sleeping meds make me to drousy in the mornings.

A hot cup of chamomile tea an hour Before bedtime will help you relax. also take 250mg each of calcium and magnesium. If you can't sleep take an additional capsule of calcium and magnesium.

Try these natural remedies because they will not leave you drowsy in the morning. eating late at night is definitely not good for you.

Have you talked to your doctor about this? There could be a number of reasons for this. You need to look at your life and see if something is causing you anxiety. The other possibility is obstructive sleep apnea.

My brother has it and does what you describe. He gets up often and eats to try to help get to sleep. The food doesn't help you get to sleep though. He refuses to see a doctor about this. He finally gets to sleep when he turns from his back to his side.

Try essential oil burning?Lavender should help.And definetly no snaCKS!!!.If you want to snack,snack on things like fruits,carrot sticks.etc.Drink lots of water when you feel hungry.I think it helps.
