Try the Great Plague stalked England in 1665. It struck London particularly hard – by year's end, some 100,000 people had died terrible deaths.

This is an interesting topic.

What are you stumped on? Medieval diseases and medicine is ace. Contact Prof P*** B***** at York University, England - he's an expert with loads of info. He knows so much.

Look at views on the humors, the importance of balance or look at leprecy - Moore wrote a book about the formation of a persecuting society which I believe has a bit in about this. Or you could look at the black death and the plague or how medicine was studied an universities and developments in obstetrics and child birth and midwifery.

Oh my god - how can you be stumped? It's such an expansive subject!

"Diseases happen. Especially medieval diseases. Signed, Lazy and Stumped"

How's that! :->

Seriously, as noted above, look up Bubonic Plague ("the black plague"). Also : Dysentery (the “bloody flux”), Ergotism (“St. Anthony's fire,” “holy fire,” “evil fire,” “devil's fire,” “saints' fire”), Leprosy (“lepry”), Malaria (“the ague”), Smallpox (the “red plague”), and Typhoid fever. Google is your friend!

Why don't you just read about the medical problems in the middle ages in one of the many BOOKS on the subject?... BOOKS... they are great... they have thousands of them in places called LIBRARIES.
