Sometimes they release the first half of the series on DVD then the second half after the series has ended. Don't know if the do this with lost.
The only thing I can suggest is to check somewhere like amazon they usually show when its going to be released.

Still another 8 episodes to run in the USA of series 3. The last 2 will be aired on 23 May so it will be after that.

Usually they release Part 1 of the series after ep12. As we are now coming up to ep16 it should hopefully be very soon.
