Yes, they are called double layered cds, double side cds, dual sided cds.., there are many names, but they are all the same. They have two layers and therefore, can hold twice as much data. Keep in mind that some of the older burners only burn single sided CD's orDVD's and will not work with your Double-Layered CD or DVD. If you have a new CD/DVD burner it probably won't be a problem but keep it in mind.

No, a CD is limited to 700 meg of data. That is your limiting factor.

If you can use a DVD you can put almost 7 times as much data (4.7 meg on a single layer) on it but your device must be capable of reading a DVD.
