How to install modem U.S.Robotics USR9001?

How can I install the modem U.S.Roborics USR9001. My IBM Think Pad R51e and my CLC - BT232425dc doesn't recognize it. I use the right driver and it still say that there's is no modem connect to the computer, Help me !!!

But i'm vietnamese, i live in vietnam , and in my country, there's no u.s.robotics, me friend buy the modem for me, :(( that's bad
