both are correct. they both allow the search and I also went to a few different spell checks and they both recognize the word.
I use cancelled. but how can there be two right ways to spell it?

'Cancelled' is British English and 'canceled' is American English - hence both can be shown as correct. You might be interested to know, too, that 'recognized' is American English and 'recognised' is British English. If you are American, set your wordprocessor's 'spell check' to American English, and if you are British set it to British English. You'll then have no problems!

Cancelled is the British spelling and Canceled is the american version. there are a number of such words which decision of their spelling in the two ameliorations, collectively with centre, center; known, admired; fibre, fibre; etc.

That is like Caribean or Caribbean either way is acceptable
