Many ways depending on what you want.
If all you need is a simple html site then you may have free space through your isp as part of your plan.
If you want something a bit more advanced you will need a web host, I use dreamhost you can get a good deal using one of the codes here http://entertainment.discombo.com/dreamhost-offer-codes/
I would suggest giving more information on what you require in order to get a better answer. What type of site is it, will you be offering music or video that will use a lot of bandwidth, do you want just simple html or do you need something with php, sql etc
